[AUDITORY] Open Rank Faculty Positions in Cochlear Implants

DIRECTOR OF THE COCHLEAR IMPLANT PROGRAM

This clinical (non-tenure track) position requires a Ph.D. in audiology or related hearing sciences. Preference will be given to candidates with clinical expertise in working with cochlear implants for adults and/or children; experience in administrative roles in medical settings; and experience in clinical research.

 

RESEARCH FACULTY

The successful candidate for this tenure-track position should have a Ph.D. in hearing sciences or related area with research experience in cochlear implantation. Opportunities for collaboration are available with other VUMC and Vanderbilt University departments. Responsibilities include developing a program of extramurally-funded research; teaching at the graduate level; and supervising graduate student research (AuD and Ph.D.).
