Dear Colleagues, I am emailing to spread the word on an opportunity for PhD students to intern in the Reality Labs Research Audio team at Meta in Redmond, WA, during the summer of 2025. We are looking for
a student which ideally has some experience in both ML and auditory perception to help us research objective quality and intelligibility methods to model human perception when using Meta's new range of wearable devices. The internship should last at least 16 weeks (longer internships can be arranged and are generally preferred), with start date sometime early this summer. The student will have access to
an incredible team of scientists and engineers, working alongside esteemed researchers in the field such as Thomas Lunner and Antje Ihlefeld, and helping to advance new and exciting technologies which have the potential to touch millions of lives. There is a generic ad posting here:
