Dear colleagues,
We are an international team of early-career musicology researchers, united by our focus on researchers' wellbeing, and wish to organize a webinar series during 2025 for researchers in varying fields and stages of career.
With this project, our primary aim is to raise awareness about the importance of researchers' wellbeing and foster open dialogue within our community. We seek to contribute to collective wellness and productivity by promoting understanding across hierarchical levels, encouraging open discussions on often-taboo topics like mental health (e.g., perfectionism), sharing expert-driven best practices, and providing peer support from the community, for the community. We are happy that this project is supported by the European Society for the Cognitive Sciences of Music .
Before starting our webinar series we would like to get YOU -researchers in varying fields and stages of career- involved and share your experiences. We will form our upcoming webinar series based on the results of this survey.
Estimated completion time is about 5 minutes. We collect no identifiable data. You may participate in the survey and webinar series using the links below:

Sharing is Caring!
Please consider sharing this project with your colleagues and students. By doing so, we can reach a broader audience and collectively make a greater impact on our society.
