[AUDITORY] AI in Audiology Researcher position at ManCAD

Dear List,

Manchester Centre for Audiology and Deafness (ManCAD) at The University of Manchester in the UK, is planning to hire a Research Fellow (or Senior Research Fellow) interested in looking at applications of AI in Audiology to establish a new research programme at ManCAD.

We want this individual to come to us with creative ideas for incorporating AI into audiological research, clinical practice and teaching, as well as to support ongoing research at ManCAD that would benefit from use of AI.

We have funding from the Hearing Health theme of the NIHR Manchester Biomedical Research Centre (BRC) for a 3-year position but the hope we can continue to fund the programme by future BRC funds and other grants. The position will be advertised in December 2024, with a start date in April 2025.

If you are interested and/or would like more information pleas email me and we can set up a time to chat,

Gaby
