As a consequence of a stroke, the right half of my cerebellum have been 
surgically removed,
so this "spontaneous motor reaction" is gone from the right side of my 
body (among some more
important fine motor skills, like writing). I wonder whether this 
"spontaneous motor reaction"
originates from the cerebellum, or is it just responsible for the 
execution, and
the reaction originates somewhere deeper?
