Hello!
I am a student in psychology and music at Stanford University, and I am conducting a survey of music performers who have experienced
a state of 'flow' (that is, a suspension of conscious attention and a sense of 'losing oneself' while performing). I am seeking performers to participate in a brief study that would entail selecting a video (or audio) performance during which you experienced
a state of flow (no matter how brief). The goal is to gather information about these moments through performer response to a brief questionnaire. Participation in the study will take approximately 20 minutes.
This study is being advised by Professor Jonathan Berger as part of the Music Engagement research group at the Center for Computer
Research in Music and Acoustics (CCRMA) at Stanford University. Participants will receive a $20 Amazon gift card in return for completing the study. If interested in participating in this study, please fill out the Qualtrics survey linked
