Dear Early Career Professional,
We are writing to encourage you to apply for the
Early Career Acousticians Retreat (EAR) 2022.
EAR is a two-day workshop for early career professionals in the field of acoustics focused on
career development and networking that will be held the weekend before our next meeting in Nashville (Saturday, December 3rd and Sunday, December 4th) at the Grand Hyatt Nashville Hotel. The retreat will allow you to connect and socialize with your
fellow early career acousticians as well as more senior members of the Society.
We are excited to announce that this year we will have three professional development workshops focused on collaboration, communication skills, and leadership:
1. "It's Never Too Early to Lead": Early Career Professionals and the Experience of Leadership -
Facilitated by Krystal Clark, M.Ed
2. Developing Successful Collaborations - Facilitated by Dr. Andrew Barnard
