29th June - Workshop / Clarity Prediction Challenge results announced
The aim of this one-day virtual event is to report on the
Clarity Prediction Challenge, one of a series of machine learning challenges being organised by the
UKRI-funded Clarity Project targeted at helping those with a hearing impairment. The challenge was based on a novel dataset of hearing-impaired listeners' responses to speech-in-noise processed by hearing-aid algorithms. The challenge was launched in November 2021 and ran until March 2022 and attracted the submission of 16 different systems from 9 separate teams.
This virtual workshop will feature
