Dear all, hello,
Motivated by the successful session that I organised during the recent ARO MidWinter conference, I opened a topical methods collection in the
Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE) named "
Assessment of individual listening strategies: From physiological
to perceptual responses using experimental paradigms and time-domain simulations" (link
here).
The idea is to compile here publications related to behavioural or objective measures where special attention is given to the variability in the subjects' responses. So, this collection is suitable for researchers doing psychophysical methods or other objective methods involving scalp-recorded potentials or any other type of imaging technique.
The Journal's impact factor is 1.4 and gives the possibility to publish a regular article together with an explanatory video. So one of the advantages is that your research may win visibility using this extra video dimension. There are publication fees to be paid with the possibility of making your publication open access.
Have a look and submlt something if you wish :)
Best regards,
Alejandro
