Applications are invited for an Assistant Research Professor in the Department of Communication Sciences and Disorders, College of Health Professions, The University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. The person
will work on projects that investigate cochlear and efferent auditory mechanisms in children. In particular, the candidate will work on developing and applying novel biomedical signal processing strategies for time-frequency analysis
of otoacoustic emissions and for other auditory signals. Candidate will be encouraged to work on independent projects and expected to seek external grant funding. This position is 100% grant funded and is contingent upon funding availability. UTRGVfaculty
