at the University of Hildesheim in Germany is looking for a PhD
candidate working on BigData analysis, EEG and related fields.
The successful candidate has an interest in cognitive neurscience, psychology, computer science or related areas. We are particularly interested in motivated Phd students with strong expertise in behavioral, motion tracking and EEG approaches. Good programming skills, great communication and a great command of English are a plus. The Experimental Psychology laboratory has excellent laboratory conditions (five reaction-time cabins, one group testing room, one individual testing room, an EEG, two olfactometers, a motion-tracking device, peripheral physiological measurement instruments, a gyroscope, further motion/movement equipment, etc.). The research foci of the laboratory include olfaction, attention, memory, action, spatial compatibility and movement/motion. The lab is composed of an international team and is a part of the “Joint International Laboratory on Cognition and Behavior”, a joint laboratory project with colleagues from China, South Korea, and the USA. Furthermore, the lab maintains collaborations with other regional, national, and international research partners.
