Collabra: Psychology invites submissions on any topic in the psychology of music, audition, and sound. Collabra is an open-access journal published by the University of California Press, in association with the Society for the Improvement of Psychology Science. We emphasize scientific, methodological, and ethical rigor, rather than novelty or impact. The journal also has a clever OA fee structure (see attached infographic), wherein part of every OA fee goes into a fund to support libraries, reviewers & editors, and, most importantly, waivers for any authors who can't afford their own OA fees.
