[AUDITORY] Request for STMI implementation

Dear list,

I am looking for any package/toolbox that implements the spectro-temporal modulation index described in the following paper:

Elhilali, M., Chi, T., & Shamma, S. A. (2003). A spectro-temporal modulation index (STMI) for assessment of speech intelligibility. Speech communication, 41(2-3), 331-348.

Any language is fine, but prefer packages with Matlab/Python wrappers.
