We are accepting applications for PREDOCTORAL TRAINEES AND POSTDOCTORAL RESEARCH ASSOCIATES for 2020
The Cognitive Neuroscience of Communication -- CNC-CT program is funded by an NIH T32 Institutional National Research Service Award (Program Directors, Inge-Marie Eigsti & Emily Myers). While significant progress has been made in understanding the underlying
mechanisms that affect communication in various conditions, and in developing assessment and treatment strategies, progress is slower than it could be because of significant gaps in training of new communication scientists. The goal of this program is to provide
targeted training in the cognitive neuroscience of communication disorders to predoctoral and postdoctoral scholars. We aim to provide more meaningful connections between trainees and the clinical populations they study. This generation of trainees will have
the professional skills to conduct and disseminate impactful neuroscience research.
