[AUDITORY] PhD and postdoctoral positions in systems neuroscience in Brussels: neural mechanisms of sensory-motor entrainment to rhythms

One PhD and one postdoctoral position available in the Rhythm & Brains Lab (PI: A/Pr. Sylvie Nozaradan), located in the Cognition and Systems division of the Institute of Neuroscience (Université catholique de Louvain) in Brussels, Belgium. The successful candidates will work on projects investigating the neural mechanisms that underpin the ability to perceive and synchronize to rhythmic inputs such as music. These mechanisms will be examined by combining surface and invasive electroencephalography (EEG), neuromodulation and behavioral indices of rhythmic entrainment in humans, together with development of signal processing methods to track the neural activity related to rhythm processing (e.g. frequency tagging).

Please submit a detailed CV, a summary of research interests and experience, and names of two references, as a single pdf to Dr. Sylvie Nozaradan (sylvie.nozaradan@xxxxxxxxxxxx). See also the attached flyers for further information.
