Applications are
invited for a funded Postdoctoral Fellowship in Auditory Neuroscience and Genetics
in the CAANLab (http://caanlab.grenfell.mun.ca),
located in the Faculty of Medicine at Memorial University of Newfoundland in
St. John’s. We are looking for someone
to explore the interaction of genetics and environment on age-related changes
in central auditory processing.
Applicants must have a doctoral degree in psychology, neuroscience, biology, genetics, or another related field by the start date. Experience with auditory research, collecting and analyzing neuroimaging data (particularly EEG), or collecting and analyzing genomic data is an asset.
The position is funded, and the salary will be negotiated based on experience. The position is for an initial term of one year, and may be renewed. Start-date is as soon as possible.
