[AUDITORY] open position "Audiovisual Speech Perception in Cochlear Implant Recipients"



Dear colleagues,

I would like to draw your attention to an open position within the framework of the project "Audiovisual Speech Perception in Cochlear Implant Recipients", funded by the Deutsche Forschungsgemeinschaft DFG (second announcement).

The aim of the project is the use of virtual reality in the investigation of various audiovisual mechanisms important for hard-of-hearing people. The responsibilities of the position include the conception, development and conduction of corresponding experiments with different listener groups. A full-time position over 3 years is offered for this purpose.

Applicants should hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Audiology (or a related discipline). As the work includes testing in humans, good German language skills are mandatory.
