As part of the collaborative research centre CRC1330 Hearing Acoustics
https://uol.de/en/sfb-1330-hearing-acoustics, funded by the German
Research Foundation, the University of Oldenburg offers a 3-year
position for a PhD candidate.

The research topic focuses on assessment and modelling of binaural
speech perception, in particular listening effort in complex sound
fields and applications to hearing support algorithms and systems. For
