Abstract submission and registration for the International Symposium on Auditory and Audiological Research (ISAAR 2019) are open now:

The next ISAAR 2019 (www.isaar.eu) will take place on 21-23 August 2019 in Nyborg, Denmark.

 

The topic of ISAAR 2019 is:

AUDITORY LEARNING IN BIOLOGICAL AND ARTIFICIAL SYSTEMS

 

Abstracts
 
Abstract submission and conference registration for ISAAR 2019 will open 15 March 2019. We invite any scientific contributions within auditory and audiological research. Contributions within the symposium topic will be considered for either oral or poster presentation. Contributions outside the symposium topic are also very welcome and will be considered for poster presentation only.

 

Accepted presentations and posters will – in a written version – be featured in the symposium proceedings (manuscript deadline 15 September 2019). See http://proceedings.isaar.eu for previous issues.

 

Authors of accepted proceedings manuscripts will be given the opportunity to submit a full journal paper based on their ISAAR contribution to a special issue of open-access journal Trends in Hearing (see http://journals.sagepub.com/topic/collections-tia/tia-1/tia for the ISAAR 2017 special issue).

Abstract deadline: 1 May 2019

Scholarships

The ISAAR committee offers a limited number of scholarships to young scientists (e.g., PhD students, post-docs, and others). The scholarship covers the symposium fee for full participation and accommodation. Travel expenses are not covered.

Conference fee


Participant fee is DKK 5250 (approximately EUR 705, USD 805). The fee covers participation in the symposium, full accommodation including single room for 2 nights (Wed-Thu-Fri), all meals and social activities during the symposium.
