Dear List, (Apologies if this was posted before.) The Canadian Institute for Advanced Research (CIFAR) is now accepting applications for the second annual Brain, Mind, & Consciousness (BMC) Winter School on the Neuroscience of Consciousness. The winter school will take place December 2-5,
