The Acoustics Group at the University of Oldenburg is looking for
a Post Doc in auditory perception
Salary is according to E13 TV-L, 100 %. The position is suitable for part-time work.
We are looking for candidates with an academic university degree (Master or equivalent) and a Ph.D. degree in auditory perception with an emphasis on speech perception,
binaural hearing, and auditory modelling, to work on a three year DFG-funded project focusing on the role of auditory stream segregation in speech perception.
The acoustics group offers an attractive environment with research covering auditory perception, computational auditory scene analysis, new technologies for sound reproduction,
and sound quality research for automobile and aviation. The University of Oldenburg is known for its wide range of activities in hearing research and offers an excellent environment for a Post Doc project in auditory perception.
The successful candidate is expected to conduct research in auditory perception leading to scientific publications in peer-reviewed journals and to contribute to the supervision
of students.
