Dear all,
We have funding from Action on Hearing Loss for a research studentship.
The project, in collaboration with Cochlear Bone-Anchored Systems, is to develop methods for crosstalk cancellation between
bone-anchored hearing aids. This is intended to improve stereo separation using bilateral aids, and thus to help with
sound localisation and the perception of speech in background noise. The project is has technical aspects, but is more
concerned with psychophysical measurement and software development than engineering. There is a more detailed
description is at the end of this message. In the advert (hyperlink below).
Please contact me directly at CullingJ@xxxxxxxx if you are interested in applying.
Please note that the very short application deadline specified in the advert is flexible. John.
