DSP Research Engineer Position Available Starkey Hearing Technologies, an equal opportunity employer and a recognized world leader in providing the highest quality hearing technology available, has an exciting opportunity for
a full-time DSP research engineer at its research center in Berkeley, CA or international headquarters located in Minnesota, USA. This position is responsible for research and development of signal processing algorithms and machine learning algorithms for
hearing enhancement and health and wellness monitoring. Qualifications A Ph.D. degree or equivalent in electrical engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering or related field is required. Candidates with a Master’s degree in electrical engineering,
computer science, biomedical engineering or related field and 3+ years of applicable experience may be considered. Research and development experience in hearing enhancement including hearing aids or cochlear implants is highly desirable. Research and development
experience in modern machine learning algorithms such as deep neural networks is a strong plus. Skills
