Dear fellow researchers,
Abstract submission and registration are now open for the
2nd International Symposium on Music and Cochlear Implant Research, hosted by McGill University in Montreal, Canada, August 20-21, 2018.
Over the two days, there will be oral presentations, poster sessions and discussion panels involving a wide range of world-leading practitioners and researchers, including confirmed keynotes
by Pr. Andrew Oxenham, Pr. Karen Gordon, Pr. Kate Gfeller and Pr.
Robert Zatorre. This year’s sessions will focus on:

Solving the pitch problem,

Growing up with music through a Cochlear Implant,
·
Improving music experience for current users,
·
Music & enjoyment. Deadline for submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations is
May 20th 2018. Available seats are limited. The symposium will be free for attendants, with priority given to presenting
