[AUDITORY] R&D Project Manager (Life Science / Biotech area) at CILcare in France



CILcare, leading global R&D services company, CRO, specialized in Hearing Disorders, 
is 
seeking for a motivated R&D Project Manager, a scientist, who loves working at the bench and will contribute to its development.

​The
role
​ of the R&D Project manager​
is to support the development of the service offering and conduct preclinical studies for CILcare’s clients and partners.
The ideal individual will have excellent lab technics, especially in the auditory field, at ease with team working, strong written and verbal communication skills, capability to work under a high standard quality environment and demonstrate good project management skills.

Background of the candidate must include all or part of the following:
Experience of at least 3 years in the auditory field: e.g. development of in vitro and in-vivo models of hearing loss, tinnitus, good understanding of the anatomy of the ear and physiopathology of hearing disorders, excellent lab skills in electrophysiological measurement, surgery, dissection of the inner ear, histology, local administration and sampling.

The duties attached to the role of R&D Project Manager include but are not limited to:
  • Manages and contributes to the conduct of client studies
  • Set-up new preclinical models and technics
  • Shares expertise with others and acquire expertise from others.
  • Writes procedures, protocols and reports following specific guidelines
  • Maintains lab files and records

 looking for a

cientist with a very strong background in the hearing and otic field, able to balance and effectively organize and prioritize its time in order to meet objectives and deadlines, who has enough experience to work in autonomy and at ease with reporting to management, very professional with a natural sense of services and established written and verbal communication skills

  • PhD or Engineer in Life Sciences with at least 3 years of experience in Hearing Research,
  • High technical expertise in hearing in vitro and in vivo models
  • Enjoy working at the bench with rigor and excellent lab technical skills,
  • Ability to work well with others; must be a good team player,
  • Strong project management skills : experience of the industry and/or experience managing multiple assignments/projects and conflicting priorities with the pressure of short and demanding deadlines,
  • English fluent
