Neural Mechanisms of Human Auditory Cognition and Communication A PhD position is available in the Cognitive and Affective Neuroscience Lab (http://www.psychology.uzh.ch/en/chairs/kaneuro.html) at the Department of Psychology of the University of Zürich (Switzerland). Salary is according to the regulations of the University of Zurich. Potential candidates are supposed to work on a project about the neural mechanisms of perceiving human voices and affective vocalizations in the limbic brain system using single- and multi-cell brain recordings as well as brain lesion methods.
