RWTH Aachen University invites applications for a Full Professorship in "Psychology of Auditory Cognition". The professorship is endowed by the HEAD Genuit Foundation; it is attractively equipped and offered for a fixed term of five years.
Requirements are a M.Sc. (or equivalent) and a PhD (or equivalent) degree in Psychology, an internationally recognized publication record in the field of human hearing following an experimental research approach, strong motivation to develop an interdisciplinary research profile connecting psychology, technology and environment, as well as experience in teaching and acquisition of third-party funding. Non-German-speaking applicants are expected to acquire sufficient proficiency in German within the five-year period.
