PhD student positions in auditory neuroscience Purdue University Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering & Department of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences Application deadline: December 15th, 2016 Two PhD student positions are available in the Brainstem Neurophysiology Laboratory at Purdue University (https://engineering.purdue.edu/SaylesLab). We study neural-circuit function in the auditory brainstem using a variety of electrophysiological techniques. The laboratory has state-of-the-art facilities, housed in the newly completed Lyles-Porter Hall. We are part of a
growing and vibrant auditory community at Purdue, which includes hearing scientists from the departments of Speech, Language and Hearing Sciences, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Biological Sciences. Our laboratory
is part of the Center for Implantable Devices in the
Weldon School of Biomedical Engineering, and we are affiliated with the recently established
