Dear all, There are two international/domestic PhD stipends plus scholarships available at the National Acoustic Laboratories, Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, on: 1) Applying virtual sound environments to measure and improve the performance of cochlear implant recipients in the real world. 2) Hearing aids and music. Both projects are jointly funded by the HEARing CRC (http://www.hearingcrc.org/category/news-events/) and Macquarie University, and will be conducted in collaboration with either Cochlear Limited (project 1) or Sivantos GmbH (project 2). The successful candidates should either be Engineers with an interest in hearing, or audiologists with an interest in technical aspects related to hearing and hearing devices.
