FYI, the Media and Arts Technology Programme at Queen Mary University of London, with renewed funding from the EPSRC and AHRC, is looking to recruit 10 new PhD students. This is a four-year PhD, with an industrial attachment requirement at the
end of the first year. Students in the MAT Programme do not select a PhD topic or supervisor until the second year. Unlike traditional UK PhDs, the students also take a number of taught modules. As an RCUK-funded programme, only 10% of funded students can
be non-UK residents. Applications are also being accepted for the MSc program.
