Audience Inc. is looking for an outstanding algorithm developer to work on problems in the area of computational auditory scene analysis and
signal separation. The individual would be responsible for developing state-of-the-art network architectures and signal modeling algorithms for speech processing and human-machine interface applications.
Key Experience
-
Developed novel statistical signal models and neural network architectures -
Designed and/or implemented robust speech and/or speaker recognition systems -
Deep knowledge of modern machine learning techniques

Familiarity with noise reduction and signal separation algorithms -
Some knowledge of auditory neuroscience and psychoacoustics

Strong in Matlab programming. -
Proficient in scripting and running large training sets and optimizing computational resources -
Demonstrated outstanding ability to perform innovative and significant research in the form of technical papers, theses, or patents -
Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Comfortable working in teams and good collaborator
Education and Work Experience

PhD in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field, with strong background in machine learning, signals and systems, and fundamental mathematics.
