B&K: 4152 or 4153?

Dear all,

I'm about the buy the B&K artificial ear to calibrate the headphones of 
my lab. However, the more I read the less I understand about 
calibration-standards and the way things should be done.

In particular, I didn't understand whether I have to buy the B&K 4152 or 
the 4153.
