Winter School on Computational Auditory Modeling

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

INSPIRE Winter School, Copenhagen, Denmark, 29 January 2014

Topic: “Concepts and computational models of robust bottom-up encoding”

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The European Marie Curie ITN “Investigating Speech Processing in Realistic Environments (INSPIRE)” invites young researchers in the fields of hearing and speech science to attend a one-day Winter School on the topic “Concepts and computational models of robust bottom-up encoding”.

Please find a preliminary programme attached to this e-mail.

Registration deadline: 15 December 2013

Please register online at this link: http://www.inspire-itn.eu/index.php/component/content/article?id=77

Please note that the amount of seats is very limited, and priority will be given to PhD students or other young scientists working on topics closely related to auditory modeling or who can motivate a strong interest in the topic.

Confirmed Winter School participants will be given the opportunity to present a poster of their current work.

Participation in the scientific and social programme, including lunch and dinner on Jan 29, is free, but participants will need to cover their travel and accommodation expenses themselves or via their own institution.

Additional practical information about the event can be found here:
