[AUDITORY] Computational models of pitch

I am looking for physiologically plausible algorithms for the 
computation of pitch that include one or multiple temporal-integration 
constants (ideally, leaky integration).

Any recommendation for publicly available packages, or suggestion on the 
authors that I could contact to obtain relevant code would be greatly 
appreciated.
