Objet : [AUDITORY] Cognitive deficits and hearing loss

Dear List:

I’m interested in published research on cognitive deficits exhibited by hearing-impaired listeners and how they are addressed by hearing aids signal processing.  Can anyone suggest general readings in this area?  Thank you in advance.
