request about SII

Dear All

 

I need some parts of the standard  "ANSI S3.5-1997" about SII criteria. They are sections:  5.1,  5.2,  5.3,  3.1,  3.6,  3.15,   3.17,  3.23,  3.28,  3.31 and Table 3.  I don't access to the standard and I can't purchase it.
