With your strong background in developing clinical testing methods and structures, you will take Oticon’s testing capabilities to the next level. You will join the department, Audiology and Algorithms, a business unit
that develops audiological concepts for all of our hearing aids. Development of test systems for clinical tests In your new position you will be responsible for the team “Clinical Test and Test Development” with 17 employees. This team carries out clinical tests of all Oticon’s hearing aids and accessories. Furthermore, the team
is responsible for developing methods for testing hypotheses, developing tools and methods for clinical tests and for sound environments. In this respect, your main responsibility is to design, drive and implement structured and effective test methods that continuously enhance the R&D test processes and the quality of our products. Experienced manager with structured methods and tools for clinical testing Leading the breeding ground between testing methods and audiological research, is demanding thus we expect you to hold an MSc in Engineering or clinical audiology. We expect you to have +5 years of experience with team
management and you have an excellent track record in terms of setting directions, guiding and supporting your team. Your theoretical background is supported by your substantial experience from tests of medical devices or other high tech products. This experience
includes the development of test strategies, methods and tools. We would prefer you to have acquired your experience from the hearing aid-, acoustic consumer electronics-, or the medico industry, but alternatively it could also be relevant, if you have worked within another high technology
industry. Your work must be characterized by constant emphasis on quality in all aspects of the development process. You are aware that the success of the team depends on effective professional sparring and communication, and you
are therefore open and inquiring in your contacts with partners and colleagues. You find it easy to structure your workday, and you have the authority and courage to be self-reliant when it is necessary – and in this regard you are able to give yourself realistic
