publishers and royalties

Dear colleagues, 

Perhaps this is an interesting question for many people: Of those high-flying academic publishers - Oxford, Cambridge, Harvard, Chicago, California, Yale, Columbia, Princeton, Academic, McMillan, Sage, Routledge... - which one pays the best royalties on regular academic books?
