Dear list members,
I am putting together an edited volume on the long history of neurology and music going back to the Enlightenment with some some leading historians. The book would be stronger if one or two neurologists in the field could contribute short chapters (15-20 pages) on aspects of developments in 'neuromusic' since 1945.
