The goal of the grant is to train young scientists in translational research in communication sciences and disorders, bridging basic and clinical research. Special emphasis is placed on translational projects related to sensory reception, motor control, and language processing. Postdoctoral candidates must hold a PhD in Communication Sciences and Disorders, Cognitive Science, Linguistics, Neuroscience, or a related field. Trainees will receive funding for two years on this project. Additional funding is available for funding beyond the two years of this project.
