You will work with members of the Audiology and Deafness Research Group on exciting projects, focussing on the use of auditory steady-state responses for diagnosing cochlear dead regions. Applications are invited from individuals with a background in Psychology, Audiology, Neuroscience or other related disciplines. Experience or background in hearing related disciplines or electrophysiological measurements would be desirable. Knowledge of databases, basic data analyses skills, and good writing skills are highly desirable. You should have good communication and organisational skills, be a team player, and have the ability to work independently and show initiative. There would be the opportunity to enhance research skills and experience and be part of a highly successful research team.
The post is available from the 1st September 2009 for 2 years.
