BRAMS has a new postdoctoral position in auditory neuroscience
A postdoctoral position is available in Montreal, in the laboratory of Isabelle Peretz in collaboration with Hugo Théorêt and Marc Schoenwiesner to work on a new project funded by the Natural Sciences and Engineering Research Council of Canada on music and speech comparison in auditory-vocal behavior. The position offers up to 2 years (renewable) of training and research opportunities using a combination of TMS, ERPs and fMRI in the International Laboratory of Brain, Music and Sound - BRAMS (www.brams.org).
Desirable qualifications include experience with at least one of the above techniques and solid computing and programming skills. Applicants should send a CV, statement of research interests and skills, preprints if available, and a list of personal references that we may contact.
