Enclosed is a 1989 article that is more detailed on the subject than the article you were looking for. Also, you may want to have a look at the SII (new name for AI) web site: www.sii.to that contains useful programs for SII calculation.

Due to the good luck of past posts I thought I'd try again.
I'm trying to find an electronic copy of an article from an out of print
hearing aid trade journal.
