The EAA Symposium on Auralization
June 15-17, 2009
Espoo, Finland

The Acoustical Society of Finland and the Helsinki University of
Technology in cooperation with the European Acoustics Association
organize a Symposium on Auralization in June 2009. The symposium will
be held at the Helsinki University of Technology, Espoo, Finland.

This  single-track  conference will  feature  keynote  addresses,
oral  presentations  and  posters.  The  theme  of  the event  is
auralization, i.e.  making  acoustic  modeling and  measurement
results audible.  Original  submissions  in  all  areas  related  to
auralization  are  invited. The possible topics include, but are not
limited to the following:

- Stimulus signals
- Algorithm development
- System development
- Binaural and multichannel room scanning
- Applications of auralization
- Perceptual issues
- Case studies on auralization

Submissions and Schedule
-------------------------------------

The symposium will have full-paper peer-review. The maximum length
of a submission is six pages.

- Full paper submission deadline 31.1.2009
- Review results published 1.4.2009
- Camera-ready submission 30.4.2009
- Symposium 15.-17.6.2009

Paper templates for both LaTeX and Word are available on the
conference website.
