resending Job Announcement

Because of the way the the server treats HTML messages, the Job 
Announcement for the Director of Research at Walter Reed Army Medical 
Center, Army Audiology and Speech Center that was sent the other day was 
garbled and even the link to the PDF file was not transmitted well. This 
message is being sent as text only in the hopes that the announcement 
will be more readable.
