Request for german/english corpus/word list for a Modified Rhyme Test

Dear list,

I am looking for a small speech corpus (german preferably, in alternatively in english) in order to perform a Modified Rhyme Test (and others if available) on a
speech vocoding technique I've been working on.

Any pointers on free or commercially available corpora would be very welcome.
What about simple word or sentence lists?
