Does anyone know where to obtain e-copies of some classic pitch papers. 
In particular, I am looking for:

Schouten JF (1940) The perception of pitch. Philips Technical Review 
5:286–294.

Is there, by any chance, a repository of this publication? Some web 
searching turned up nothing.
