Re: readng the list

Dear Tony and List -

I don't know about L-Soft's support for HTML, but I think the problem
only occurs with "digest" mode, when then wrapping of multiple
messages into a single digest doesn't know what to do with HTML and
multipart messages. I switched to receiving individual messages some
time ago, and I have no issues with HTML messages send to AUDITORY.
Of course, this doesn't address the reasons why digest mode existed in
the first place, but email patterns have changed a lot since those
days any way.

I will inquire of the McGill mail masters to see if they have any
advice or solutions.

You can switch between "digest" mode and receiving individual messages
by visiting your AUDITORY information page at the URL sent when you
first joined (or I can regenerate it for you).

Best wishes,

  DAn.
