Looking for some help in relation to information on ITU speech quality assessment standards.

1. Is P.563 and P.SEAM the same standard? (In other words P.SEAM is just another name for P.563?)

2. When did P.563 become a standrad, was it 2004 or 2006?

3. Apart from E-Model, PESQ and P.SEAM are there any other recent ITU standards on this area?

4. Are there any plans for new ones?
