I am doing research on multichannel codecs and I am looking for two publications that I couldn’t find on the web:

EBU BPN 021: Multichannel Audio: Different reproduction and delivery formats available on the market

Institut fur Rundfunktechnik (IRT) – Tests on multichannel codecs – 2004

Does anybody have any of these publications?
